Transport Pallets for Glass, Windows and Doors

STPG transport pallets are heavy-duty steel platforms designed for the safe transport and storage of glass sheets, windows and doors. Manufactured in Poland from certified structural steel, every unit is welded using the MAG 135 process (EN ISO 4063). Finished with anti-corrosion RAL paint or hot-dip galvanising, the pallets perform reliably both indoors and outdoors.

A-frame and L-frame pallet configurations

The range covers two main configurations. The A-frame transport pallet (also known as a double-sided transport rack in the US) allows simultaneous loading from both sides. As a result, it cuts handling time at high volumes by up to half. The L-frame transport pallet (single-sided), on the other hand, sits flush against walls. For that reason, it suits warehouses with restricted aisle width and smaller batch operations.

Catalogue dimensions and custom builds

Catalogue dimensions cover the most common formats in the window, glass and door industries. The flagship A-frame measures 200×100×140 cm. The compact L-frame, in turn, comes at 100×80×140 cm. A wide L-frame variant (180×80×140 cm), moreover, handles facade windows, terrace doors and garage doors. For oversized or non-standard elements, however, we manufacture to any dimensions on request.

Handling: forklift, HIAB crane and foldable upper sections

All pallets carry forklift pockets as standard. In addition, HIAB crane lifting eyes and anti-tip brackets are welded in on request. For return logistics, foldable upper sections multiply empty pallet capacity per trailer. Consequently, haulage costs drop directly on every return run.

Construction quality and finishing options

Above all, every STPG pallet meets European safety and quality standards. Additional rear-frame bracing eliminates frame deflection under full load. Equally, temperature-resistant rubber (not EPDM) protects glass and finished surfaces during transit. For long-term outdoor use, hot-dip galvanising is available instead of RAL paint. Therefore, the pallets perform reliably in humid environments and on construction sites year-round.
