The STPG window profile sorting trolley

is a specialist production tool for PVC, aluminium and steel window fabricators. In the standard process, profiles after cutting land on the floor or on pallets — from where they must be picked up again, sorted and assembled into sets per order. This double handling wastes time and creates picking error risk. A trolley with guides eliminates this stage: profiles go directly from the saw into designated trolley sections by order.

How do the guides improve efficiency?

Each guide is profiled to a specific cross-section (PVC 60 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, aluminium systems, etc.) — the profile slides in and rests stably without manual holding. Separators between sections maintain order segregation or length grouping. The trolley leaves the saw already loaded with a complete kit for a given window frame.

Why a sorting trolley rather than a standard transport trolley?

The standard type A or L trolley is designed for transporting finished windows in packaged batches. The sorting trolley is a work-in-progress tool — it operates at the saw or machining centre and has geometry matched to handling raw profiles, not finished frames.

What profile types is the sorting trolley designed for?
We manufacture trolleys for PVC (60, 70, 80 mm and non-standard), aluminium and steel profiles. Moreover, we always configure the guide geometry to the specific cross-section. We offer no universal version, however, because profiles from different systems have different shapes. As a result, each one requires different guides.

How does the sorting trolley reduce kit assembly time?
Profiles go directly from the saw into trolley sections by order. As a result, you eliminate double handling and manual floor sorting. At high volumes, therefore, this saves several hours per day.

Can the sorting trolley be lifted by HIAB/crane?
Yes — we fit forklift pockets as standard. Moreover, HIAB lifting points come included.

How does ordering work?
Firstly, provide your profile type and cross-section. Next, specify the number of sorting sections and the trolley dimensions. After that, we develop the configuration and confirm the design. Finally, we send photo documentation at every production stage.
