(105×73.5×66.5 cm) is the lowest-profile unit in the LP series, designed for quad stacking and maximum load density at small formats. Four LP4 units stacked reach approximately 266 cm combined height — within a standard curtainsider trailer from 270 cm with minimal but sufficient safety clearance.

What formats is the LP4 optimal for?

The LP4 (66.5 cm height) is matched to windows not exceeding approximately 55 cm in height. PVC or aluminium bathroom windows, basement and sub-basement windows, small horizontal roof windows and non-standard narrow glass panels. For windows above 60 cm the next class up — LP3 (87.5 cm) — provides a better balance between capacity and load stability.

Identical base — fleet flexibility

LP2, LP3 and LP4 all share the 105×73.5 cm base. A fleet based on these three variants allows configuring each trailer to any order profile — for example a lower tier of LP2 for standard windows and an upper tier of LP4 for a batch of bathroom windows — without changing infrastructure.
