(105×73.5×87.5 cm) is optimised for triple stacking while remaining compatible with the internal height of standard curtainsider trailers. Three LP3 units stacked reach approximately 262 cm combined height — fitting in trailers from 270 cm and leaving approximately 8 cm safety clearance. Compared to LP2 double stacking (approximately 257 cm), LP3 triple stacking on the same base footprint means 50% more load units per trailer.

Where LP3 beats LP2

Triple stacking LP3 pays off when: (1) trailers have 270–290 cm internal height (standard fleet in the Polish market), (2) windows being transported are small — up to approximately 75–80 cm tall — so the third tier does not exceed permissible load weight, (3) maximising windows per journey is the priority within a standard trailer fleet.

LP3 vs LP4 — one step further

LP4 (66.5 cm) enables quad stacking for even smaller formats on the same base. For windows up to 55 cm the LP4 is optimal; for 60–80 cm windows the LP3 delivers a better balance of capacity and safety.
